Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email support@easterbunny.app from the email address your account is registered to. A subject like "Delete my account" works. The sender address is how we verify it's really you, so requests sent from other addresses can't be accepted.

We'll acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, almost always much sooner. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your email address, time zone, routines, exercises, library items, practice history and stats, and the account itself. Deletion is permanent. There's no undo and no grace period.

What we can't delete

Apple and Google keep their own records of any in-app purchases you've made, such as tips. Those live in your App Store or Google Play account and are outside our control. If the law ever requires us to keep something specific, the confirmation email will say exactly what and why.

Uninstalling isn't deleting

Removing the app from your phone doesn't touch your account. Your data stays on our servers until you ask us to delete it.
